Krita also has a very similar problem in 3.3.3 but looks to be resolved in 4.0, the issue is with OpenGL so could the same issue apply to Toonz? In Krita, switching to ANGLE fixes it. If the tablet has been properly configured, Krita should work out of the box. I have a similar issue that I posted in #1816 where the line looks like it breaks or loops through itself if you draw quickly. Krita isn’t much fun without a pressure sensitive tablet.
